Tumbulgum Fishing Club established in 2022 by the locals.
The club comes from a community with a passion for fishing, friends, family and a good time.
In the first 12 months the club reached 300+ members creating a community of its own.
Competition days are run on the 3rd Sunday of each month, fishing anywhere in the Tweed Shire. 
Sign on is held at the Tumbulgum River Bank opposite the Tumbulgum Tavern starting 7am - 9am
Fishing in the competition is between 7am - 2pm. Last accepted fish entry is 2pm Sharp!
Target species - Bream, Whiting, Mangrove Jack, Tailor, Mulloway, Trevally & Flathead.
4pm presentation opposite the Tumbulgum Tavern for prizes and a great time.
